This report provides details of a national gender training workshop for small-scale fisheries technical project staff, key value chain stakeholders, women processors, chiefs and other value chain actors , which was conducted from 23 to 27 November 2020, in Salima district, Malawi. This was under the project, Empowering women in small-scale fisheries, which is being funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation - Norad. A total number of 35 participants, 15 men and 20 women, from Karonga, Mangochi and Salima districts attended the training. The gender training was conducted with an aim of building the capacity of key value chain stakeholders in the Gender Transformative Approaches.
