SEWA and FAO have become partners to strengthen and expand the scope of the various services, trainings and partnerships currently being currently offered to millions of rural women farmers across India, and make them available to wider audiences. This awareness-raising piece aims to illustrate the many different ways rural institutions like SEWA support rural farmers by facilitating access to services and resources; adapt to shocks, and promoting inclusive agro value-chains through their unique approach to community development.
