It showcases Viet Nam’s successful One Commune One Product (OCOP) initiative as a replicable model for promoting rural economic transformation. The brief responds to the growing demand for inclusive, sustainable, and locally driven solutions that integrate agriculture, cultural heritage, tourism, and small-scale entrepreneurship.
