This paper relies on both qualitative and quantitative information to analyze the main determinants of the size and distribution of trade benefits among trading firms in the mango export industry in the Philippines. The study focuses on the role of market structure in the distribution of trade impacts and provides some implications for policies aimed at expanding local exporters’ and growers’ benefits.
