This document starts with an overview of ILRI's medium-term plan for 2002-2004. It continues with a summary of 2000 results and 2001 developments with reference to positioning ILRI to implement its strategy, programme highlights - 2000, intellectual property, and bioethics and biosaftey. It also discusses and presents highlights of changes for 2002; major features of the 2003-2004 project portfolio; changes in milestones; collaboration highlights; centre staffing highlights; project cost components; centre financial health indicators; and financial plan.
