The overall objective of this ESIA is to determine the potential adverse environmental and social impacts of the various activities of the PROREFISH at each stage of the project and develop a comprehensive ESMP that can be adopted to minimize, mitigate, or avoid these adverse impacts as well as maximise the potential benefits of the project. The scope of study was to undertake the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the construction works at all targeted fish processing and landing sites, and fish mill targeted sites including aquaculture sites.
