The purpose of this paper is to provide practical guidance for vegetative measures for slope stabilization. This may be particularly useful in environments with a wide choice of readily available vegetative material. Measures include revegetation of slopes by living material, slopes stabilization by the combined use of dead and living materials, and biotechnical drainage systems.
