This issue contains stories on the following topics: (1) FAO Philippines' efforts to promote its work and mandates amidst the COVID-19 pandemic including establishing new partnerships, supporting government initiatives to strengthen food security, addressing "infodemic", and participating in online learning and knowledge-sharing events; (2) a new regional initiative to protect farming families and their livestock from volcanic eruptions; (3) World Food Day 2020 in the context of the global pandemic; (4) managing the emerging threat of the Fall Armyworm; (5) promoting e-agriculture in conflict and post-conflict areas in the country; (6) capacity-building initiatives to empower farmers and fisherfolk especially women farmers; (7) ongoing and concluded projects; (8) first-ever country-level dialogue with national partners to inform FAO regional mandates; (9) human interest features showcasing the resilience and successes of FAO project beneficiaries; and (10) new publications developed during the covered period.
