The objetive of the present proposal is the creation of a credit program with the following characteristics: It focuses on the small farmer specifically, and makes numbers if auch farmers served a major criterion for judging project success; The program should emphasize prompt repayment of outstanding loans, and should include effective sanctions for non-payers.
