dc.descriptionThis hybrid workshop, held from 17-20 March 2025, will provide technical training on food processing, safety, and product development to support the OCOP initiative. Organized by FAO RAP and Mahidol University, it includes lecture sessions open to all interested parties and hands-on training for selected in-campus participants from Cambodia, Nepal, Bhutan, and Papua New Guinea. The workshop aims to enhance value addition, improve product quality, and promote market readiness of SAP-based products through knowledge sharing and capacity building.
