Resumen
Descripción
To deeply know about the induction of biochemical mechanisms of plant defense in mycorrhizaltomato interaction, levels of activation of local defense induced by arbuscular-mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) were determined and the time of these responses are sustained in tomato plants var. "Amalia". Under semicontrolled conditions, four AMF were studied: Glomus clarum, Glomus fasciculatum, Glomus claroideum and Acaulospora scrobiculata; those species induce PR2, PR3 and phenyl alanine ammonialyase differently as in time and magnitude. G. fasciculatum and G. clarum were the species which induce the highest levels of these enzymes.
