Descripción
The UN agencies – including FAO – are committing to be climate neutral as of 2020 (i.e. reducing and offsetting the 2019 emissions reported in 2020). FAO has been one of the leaders and benchmarks within the UN system for Corporate Environmental Responsibility. The Organization’s continued commitment towards climate neutrality is now witnessed by this 5-year strategy aimed at completely neutralizing the impact of its functional operations (facilities, official travel and procurement).
