This brief presents some key challenges of ensuring food security and nutrition globally. On the one hand understanding global trends affecting food security and nutrition is key to raise awareness and help mobilise action. At the same time, the fight against hunger and malnutrition requires inclusive and multistakeholder governance approaches.
