The purpose of this paper is to show the distribution and. occurrence of E. oleifera genetic resources, presenting data indicating the existence ln the Brazi1ian Amazon of excellent material bearing characteristics that furnishes promising resu1ts for the breeding program to produce hybrids for commercial usage.
