The document explains that IICA does not only produced printed materials. The communication capacity of video productions is just beginning to be tapped. Their utility and effectiveness in the more than 20 training courses offered by IICA for agricultural journalists, teachers, extensionists and rural development groups have been clearly recognized. Now IICA needs the necessary equipment to produce them capably (see annexes 4, 5). It includes five annexes: 1) desk-top publishing equipment; 2) Darkroom photomechanical equipment; 3) print shop equipment; 4) video production equipment; and 5) ideal BETACAM system.
