Thie information is especially intended for small-scale fisheries skippers, and skipper­ owners, and fishing net makers. Fishery officers, technicians, instructors, extension workers, especially in developing countries, are also likely to be interested. The trawls presented in this document were chosen becuase of being simple to construct, easy to use and for adjustment and with proven efficiency in commerical fishery.
