Descripción
The importance of brassinosteroids and the necessity to introduce some alternatives to increase rice yields, the present work was carried out in areas of the credit and service cooperatives from consolación del sur and Los Palacios in Pinar del Río, with the objective to validate BIOBRAS-16 brassinosteroid analog potentialities. INCA LP-5 variety was used during 2004-2005 dry season and 2005 rainy season. In general, for both seasons, a positive effect was found to product application, achieving a better crop development and an agricultural yield increment.
