The Philippines is among the top 10 countries worldwide at risk to climate change and disasters. Forecasts revealed that there is an increase in the mean annual precipitation of the country, not only in magnitude but also in variability. These changes may affect food security and may pose a big challenge for policy makers in targeting the most vulnerable population for policy interventions. This paper examined the nature and extent of vulnerability of households in the Philippines to the impacts of climate change on food security.
