| dc.description | At the 14thsession of the Western Central Atlantic Fishery Commission, held in Panama City, Panama in February 2012, 12 members of the Commission urgently requested support from FAO in the form of legal and technical advice with a view to the strategic reorientation of the Commission. This advice was presented during the Reorientation and Strategic Planning Workshop in Guadeloupe in January 2014. Upon the recommendations of the first workshop, the 15thsession of the Commission discussed the options for reorientation, in particular cost aspects and stakeholder involvement. | |
