Descripción
The aim of the article was to determine the technical and scale efficiency of three
groups of farms using data envelopment analysis. The empirical data were provided by a
panel. In each of the examined groups the technical efficiency ratios deteriorated in the
2005–2007 period. The same situation was recorded also in the case of the scale efficiency
(with the exception of single-person-Treasury-owned companies which had better results
than the leased and purchased units).
