dc.descriptionThe Ex-Ante Carbon-balance Tool (EX-ACT) is an appraisal system developed by FAO providing estimates of the impact of agriculture and forestry development projects, programmes and policies on the carbon-balance. The presentation will examine the mitigation potential of applied on a wide range of development projects, including projects on climate change mitigation, sustainable land management, watershed development , food security, livestock management, forest management and land use change.
