The booklet introduces the unique traditional products of the Tropoja region in Albania.The purpose of this document is to recognize and promote the traditional products of the Tropoja region (Albania), revealing the potential to be certified as unique traditional products closely related to their geographical origin. This is an information product aimed at the general public.This publication presents a list of unique local products, separated from the long list of traditional products of the Tropoja region, and aims to promote the agrofood diversity of this region, as well as the high potential for the certification of these products linked to the origin geographically, thus contributing to the development of agritourism and sustainable food systems in the region.
