The photo-book draws the attention to the implementation of the “Developing Capacity for Strengthening Food Security and Nutrition in Selected Countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia” project in the Kyrgyz Republic. The project is launched by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and funded by the Russian Federation. The project is aimed at providing smallhoders in Kyrgyzstan with access to the agricultural market through a sustainable centralized model of supply of agricultural products to meet the needs of schools at Kemin District level. This should help increase the effectiveness of the entire process of organizing school feeding, contribute to development of sustainable value chains, and National School Feeding Program.
