The report proposes the improvement and development of institutional capacities for planning and policy analysis of the agricultural and rural sector in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. It also facilitates the implementation of the policy analysis and planning process in the agricultural and rural sector in the corresponding ministries and planning institutions of IICA's target countries. El informe plantea la mejora y desarrollo de capacidades institucionales para la planificación y el análisis de políticas del sector agrícola y rural en los países de América Latina y el Caribe. Además facilita la implementación del proceso de análisis de políticas y planificación del sector agrícola y rural en los ministerios e instituciones de planificación correspondientes de los países destinatarios del IICA.
