In this study was determined if there are differences in the total productivity of the FADN farms from EU-15 and EU-12 countries and if the common agricultural policy payments affect this differences. For this purpose, was performed a comparative analysis of indicators of total productivity (including the value of payments from CAP in the value of total production, and without them) FADN farms in the EU-15 and EU-12 and the evaluation of the statistical significance between differences on the basis of EU-FADN data, in years 2007-2013. It was demonstrated that subsidies from the CAP don’t affect the level of differences in total productivity between farms with a EU-15 and EU-12 countries. Higher differences occurred between FADN farms from the EU-15 countries.
