It is imperative for countries, especially those that are highly vulnerable to the adverse impacts of climate change (CC) to access climate finance resources to invest in low emission and climate-resilient development. At the present time, the Green Climate Fund is the world's largest dedicated fund helping developing countries in reducing their greenhouse gas emissions and enhance their ability to respond to CC.
