In the Southeast Asian Region, it is being implemented by the the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), which serves as knowledge broker and global convenor, by adding valu e to on-going initiatives in Agricultural Innovation Systems (AIS).
