One pager outlining the Risk Monitoring Tool (RMT-FAST). It is a simple and easy-to-use tool designed to assist health authorities to identify the most likely routes and source countries for the introduction of pathogens responsible for foot-and-mouth and similar transboundary (FAST) animal diseases (peste des petits ruminants, lumpy skin disease, Rift Valley fever, sheep pox and goat pox). It is a semi quantitative risk-ranking framework designed to be readily updated to adapt to changes in the epidemiological situation or of control strategies.
