| dc.description | Poland and The Netherlands are the biggest mushroom exporters on the EU market. In recent years, however, the importance of Polish exports country has been increasing, and that of The Netherlands diminishing. Analysis of export prices received by both countries showed that prices paid to the Dutch are much more stable than in Polish exports. At the same time, especially in Poland, seasonal fluctuations in prices of frozen mushrooms are higher in comparison to fresh mushrooms. According to the theory of price convergence and the Law of One Price, it is to be expected, that the levels of Polish export prices and The Netherlands should head in one direction. The analysis has not confirmed unequivocally that direction of changes. Moreover, in the case of frozen mushrooms there is an increase of price differentiation, which causes the divergence. / Synopsis. Polska i Holandia są największymi eksporterami pieczarek na rynku Unii Europejskiej, jednak w ostatnich latach znaczenie naszego kraju zwiększa się, a Holandii maleje. Analiza cen eksportowych uzyskiwanych przez oba kraje wykazała, że ceny płacone Holendrom są znacznie bardziej stabilne niż w eksporcie polskim. Przy czym, zwłaszcza w Polsce, sezonowe wahania cen mrożonek są wyższe niż grzybów świeżych. Zgodnie z teorią konwergencji cen i Prawem Jednej Ceny można się spodziewać, że poziomy cen eksportowych Polski i Holandii powinny dążyć do wyrównania. Przeprowadzona analiza nie potwierdziła jednoznacznie tego kierunku zmian. Co więcej w przypadku grzybów mrożonych dochodzi do zwiększenia zróżnicowania cen, czyli do dywergencji. | |
