This publication is NO. 29 of the Official Documents Series and is available in separate volumes in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. It was published for the purpose of disseminating information on the activities of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture. The Report contains the Proceedings of the Second Regular Meeting of the Inter.American Board of Agriculture, which was held in Kingston, Jamaica, from October 24 to 28, 1983. It further contains the approved Resolutions, the list of participants. and other documents and addresses produced during the course of the meeting.
