The evaluation started with an Evaluability Assessment carried out in the first quarter of 2016 in order to determine the feasibility and readiness of evaluating FAO’s work in SP3 areas, and identify which components of SP3 were worthwhile to evaluate for results. It was then concluded that sufficient results and resources have been reported/allocated since the start of the implementation of the revised Strategic Framework to justify this evaluation.
