| dc.description | This report contains the proceedings of the second workshop of a European Commission (EC) funded project designed to help Malawi obtain the tools, knowledge and capacities to adopt, advance, scale up and roll out solutions towards Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA). The aim of the workshop was to review CSA investment proposals and develop policy recommendations using future scenarios (which were developed in a previous workshop that took place in Salima 28-30 October 2013) to guide planning.
