The analysis, based on empirical data from the period of 1990-2009, presents the production, consumption and foreign trade in poultry meat and its products. Since 1998, Poland is a net exporter of poultry meat and its products. The balance of Polish trade in these products is improving. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono zmiany w produkcji, konsumpcji i handlu zagranicznym mięsem drobiowym w Polsce w latach 1990-2009. Polska od 1998 r. jest eksporterem netto mięsa drobiowego i saldo obrotów handlowych poprawia się.
