dc.descriptionThe situational status of Sustainable Schools in Latin America and the Caribbean - 2021, prepared within the framework of the Consolidation of School Feeding Programs in Latin America and the Caribbean project, brings together a summary of the experiences of the implementation of the Sustainable Schools methodology in the countries of the region, highlighting aspects such as challenges, scaling, implications, expansion of school feeding programs, lessons learned, and recommendations, with a view to disseminating good practices. The Sustainable Schools methodology, created in 2012 within the framework of the Brazil-FAO International Cooperation Program, has already been implemented in 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, reaching more than 23,000 schools.
