Este documento posee observaciones de la producción de campo de la industria del tomate en Brasil, específicamente en el noreste e investigaciones públicas. Además, presenta un resumen de observaciones hechos a partir de muestreos de fincas, plantas de procesamiento, instalaciones de investigación en la región para intentar evaluar la idoneidad de la investigación para apoyar y sostener la rápida expansión de la industria del tomate procesado.
This document has observations of the field production of the tomato industry in Brazil, specifically in the Northeast and public investigations. In addition, it presents a summary of observations made from samples of farms, processing plants, research facilities in the region to try to assess the suitability of the research to support and sustain the rapid expansion of the processed tomato industry.
