This article analyzes the price disparity and its changes as well as their perception for one of the most important factors in agricultural production which is arable land. Time research covers the range of years 2000-2011. Particular attention is given to determination of the effect the Polish accession to the European Union might have had on the change in the prices of arable land. / Synopsis. W artykule dokonano analizy zmian i występowania rozbieżności cenowych oraz sposobu postrzegania jednego z najważniejszych czynników produkcji rolniczej, jakim są grunty orne. Zakres czasowy badań obejmował lata 2000-2011. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono określeniu, jaki wpływ mogło mieć wstąpienie Polski do Unii Europejskiej na zmianę cen gruntów ornych.
