| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the wage determinants for men and women of the permanent agricultural sector, employees in the formal and non-formal markets in the years 2002, 2005 and 2012. We used data from PNAD (National Household Sample Survey) and the Heckman correction as a method in order to correct the sample selection bias, which was calculated through the multinomial logit model.
