The article substantiates the importance of ensuring the necessary level of information flow management process for waste oil and fat industry enterprises. The scheme of functioning of logistics information system in extraction plants is formalized and described. The information that circulates in enterprises’ logistics systems in the industry is systematized. The level of information support materials management process in the industry is analyzed. Phase supply, production, distribution and marketing of information provided satisfactory. Phase disposal and destruction of information provided bad. For these phases requires a system of information support of the waste management process. The appropriate level of information on waste provides high efficiency of logistical activity of the enterprises of oil and fat industry.
