This report presents the final evaluation of the project “Professional training in nutrition education and communication for strengthening national capacity in nutrition behaviour change”, also known as “ENACT: Education for effective nutrition in action” (GCP/INT/133/ GER), as well as the mid-term evaluation of the project “Le Projet ENACT Francophone (ENAF)” (GCP/INT/163/GER). Both projects were implemented by FAO with the funding support from the German Government. </p> The ENACT and ENAF eva luations had a two-fold purpose: while both are forwardlooking and seek to provide accountability to the donor and other project stakeholders, the ENACT final evaluation had a stronger learning focus, aiming to draw lessons from the implementation process that could inform future decisions for ENACT and the remaining implementation of ENAF. The ENAF mid-term evaluation had a formative focus. Annex 1 includes the detailed Terms of Reference for the evaluations.
