The main conclusion from the Project Steering Committee meeting held on 22 October 2013 to discuss the Mid-Term Evaluation Report was that the findings and recommendations of the Report were not satisfactory enough, taking into account that out of five recommendations only two could be fully accepted. The PSC did not agree with the statements that point to the differences in understanding and interpretation of the project’s scope of work and the overall Kosovo forest situation. The PSC comments are presented in detail in the Minutes of the meeting of 22 October 2013. The Minutes have been uploaded to FAO’s Field Programme Management Information System (FPMIS).
