dc.descriptionThis study aimed to evaluate the diversity associated with productive Brazil nut trees as a way to contribute to the expansion of knowledge about the diversity of vegetation associated with Brazil nut trees in Amazonas, to subsidize further management actions. Diversidade vegetal associada a castanheiras produtivas, nas principais regiões produtoras do Amazonas. Bertholletia excelsa, conhecida como castanheira, é uma espécie que produz um fruto coletado por populações tradicionais que comercializam suas amêndoas, como alternativa na composição da renda familiar. Avaliou-se a diversidade vegetal associada a castanheiras produtivas, por meio da comparação das diferenças florísticas entre e dentro de seis castanhais.
