| dc.description | Aunque la palabra resiliencia es relativamente nueva, su significado ha sido importante para la humanidad desde épocas remotas. Básicamente, hace referencia a la capacidad de asimilación que tiene un sistema frente a una perturbación o disturbio. Cuando el sistema asimila la perturbación y regresa al estado inicial, o a uno cualitativamente similar, se dice que el sistema es resiliente1. Por esta razón, es importante que cuando se hable de resiliencia, se pueda establecer la resiliencia de qué a qué. Desde esta perspectiva, se descubre que el concepto necesariamente debe contar con un objeto y una perturbación. | |
