This was cross-sectional study in Salima district, Malawi. 217 pigs were randomly sampled from 41 households between November 2023 to March 2024. It is quantitative data where prevalence, risk factors of porcine cysticercosis was analyzed. Samples were tested using Ag-ELISA test. The seroprevalence of porcine cysticercosis was 32%. The major risk factor identified in this study was free-range management.
