This document is for the questions and answers for the Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for Chickpea Cultivation and Quality Seed Production in Lebanon.This ToT workshop was organized under the FAO One Country One Priority Product (OCOP) initiative in 2025 at the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI), Tal Amara. The training brought together extension agents and agricultural engineers from the Ministry of Agriculture to enhance their technical capacity in chickpea taxonomy, crop management, integrated pest and disease control, fertilization, irrigation scheduling, seed certification, and informal seed systems. This ToT supports Lebanon’s national effort to scale up sustainable chickpea production and improve seed quality under the FAO global project (FVC/GLO/184/MUL): Scaling the Implementation of the One Country One Priority Product (OCOP) Initiative.
