Current protection of geographical indications of specialty resources in Anqing area was introduced, development strategies for intellectual property right protection of geographical indications in the city were explored from the perspectives of protection of intangible cultural heritage, cultivation of high-quality specialties, technical specifications and quality control, poverty alleviation through industrial development.
