| dc.description | 粮食系统面临的挑战是为不断增长的全球人口提供充足、负担得起且营养丰 富的粮食，同时还要应对气候变化对生产业已造成的严重影响，并解决与温室气 体排放和环境足迹有关的问题。虽然目前重点是将家庭农业视为一种经营模式并 提高其生产力，但关于可持续粮食系统和营养的合理阐述必须进一步强调公平和 包容的关键作用。这种阐述强调有必要在经济特权以外的整体环境和社会特权基 础上，采用基于当地的生态农业方法；由于其根源于当地社区和生态系统知识，这 种阐述可能与家庭农民尤为相关。需要在以农业生态为基础的当地粮食系统与能 够促进家庭农民生计的新商业机会之间架起桥梁。 | |
