This report is based on the high level forum and capacity development for parliamentarians held in Sierra Leone in November 2020 organized by FAO,IISD, OXFAM and WILDAF/AMNet, in partnership with the Sierra Leone Parliament. The forum provided a unique opportunity to facilitate dialogue at national level between parliamentarians and other stakeholders and to build the capacity of parliamentarians and increase their knowledge of the tools needed to engage in the development of laws and policies that contribute to gender equality in the agriculture sector with a view to accelerating progress towards sustainable development goals, in particular Zero Hunger.
