The meeting was divided into two sections; The first part is held in Costa Rica and addresses the reports of the Working Group on the possibility of transferring the Pan American Foot-and-Mouth Disease Center from PAHO to IICA, the working group to study the modifications of regulations and finally a report from the commission of credentials; the second part, held in Jamaica, contemplates the final resolutions on the issues discussed previously.
