This programme, known as the Roles of Agriculture (ROA) Project, is funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan and managed by the Agricultural Development Economics Division (ESA), Economic and Social Developme nt Department, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
