dc.descriptionThe Mid-term Tripartite Evaluation (MTE) of the project “Decentralized Legal Support and Capacity Building to Promote Sustainable Development and Good Governance at Local Level, GCP/MOZ/081/NET” (referred to as the Project) took place in the period 11-24 February 2007. The members of the MTE team were: Prosecutor Amabélia Chuquela, representing the Government of Mozambique; Ms Rosalie Kingwill, representing the donor; and Ms Tullia Aiazzi, representing FAO and team leader. The team as a whole pr ovided all required competencies and experience to perform the tasks assigned. The Project had started in April 2005, to last three years, with a total budget of US$ 2.4 million.
